Every candidate clears a multi-step screen: sector experience, role-specific skills, reference checks, and a culture/values conversation. We don't forward resumes we wouldn't personally vouch for.
How does pricing work?+
Temporary and temp-to-hire engagements are billed at an hourly rate that includes our markup. Interim executive placements are billed weekly or monthly. We share transparent pricing on the discovery call once we understand the scope.
Can a temporary placement convert to a permanent hire?+
Yes. Our temp-to-hire engagements include conversion terms upfront. Many of our temporary placements convert to permanent hires after the engagement.
What happens if a placement isn't working out?+
We move quickly. Our standard guarantee covers replacement during the initial engagement window. We'd rather fix a fit issue fast than let it persist.
